Obligatory shout out: Ilya released the Windows version of ChordMate (a chord exploration tool for guitar players) so it's not just for us OS X (ab)users anymore.
It's useful even if you're just reading tabs. It helps find alternate phrasings, even in multiple positions, so there's even less of a reason to play power chords.
