I believe this will be my last class at Berkeley: Social and Organizational Issues of Information. Should be fun -- the main impetus being my questions about programming language adoption, but even that has been broadening recently.
In that spirit, a fun NY Times book review on 70's French sociology explaining hipsters, tastes, and, I posit, programming language popularity. It's on my To-Read list for as soon as I can track it down.

Did you ever watch Larry Constantine's PLATEAU 2009 keynote? You would love it.
No, but sounds like I should!
