Back from San Diego

Seth and I invented an awesome new multicore+simd parsing algorithm on the flight back. Sweet.

Be sure to check out the Berkeley library's copy of Grune. The appendix alone with over 1100 annotated citations and other non-annotated citations is a good place to build a related work list.

Judging by the TOC, I'm familiar with most of it (excluding error handling and most non-basic LALR stuff). It might be worth writing a survey article about parallel parsing at some point (well, for my officemate at least).

The appendix is a superset of the TOC. Grune could not possibly fit everything into one book, so he provided an extensive annotated references in the appendix to cover issues not touched upon in the book chapters. Actually, the appendix is available online as a PDF at the author's website...

I would probably be interested in reading your Survey, if only to peek inside your brain. :)
